1. Payment Method

- American Express (Amex)Â payment is not supported
2. Express Delivery:
Shipping Time: The goods will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) after order confirmation.
Delivery Time: It will take about 2-3 working days to receive after shipping and will be affected by weekends and public holidays.
Correct Information: Customers need to enter correct personal information and address when purchasing to arrange shipping. if need to change the delivery address/telephone number/schedule delivery time, etc., after the payment of order is completed, please contact SF Express to change it.
- Delivery Fee:
- Free of Charge: If the total amount of the order is HKD 600 or more.
Fixed Charge: HKD 50 for orders below HKD 600
2. Self-Pick Up:
Pick-Up Date: Customers can pick up the goods within 2 to 14 working days after get the confirmation email.
Pick-Up Time:
Monday to Friday: 09:30 – 12:30 / 14:30 – 18:30
Saturday, Sundays and public holidays: Closed
