Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty

Customers who purchase products from us are entitled to a one-year limited warranty, subject to the following terms and conditions. If the product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase, the end user can seek repair or replacement according to the warranty terms. Please ensure you retain the proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, misuse, abuse, alterations, or unauthorized repairs are not covered by this warranty.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product or any defective parts. If repair or replacement is not commercially viable or cannot be done promptly, we may choose to refund the purchase price paid for the affected product. Unless otherwise notified, defective products must be returned and delivered to our warehouse before the replacement product is shipped. Repairs or replacements under this warranty do not grant any extension or recalculation of the warranty period. As part of our efforts to reduce environmental waste, products may contain refurbished equipment, like some reprocessed components. These components meet our high-quality standards and conform to our product performance and reliability specifications. Replaced parts or components will not be returned.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please contact the authorized dealer where you purchased the product or reach out to us directly for detailed warranty service information. The product must be returned to the authorized dealer in its original packaging, or in packaging that provides equivalent protection.

The following information is required to obtain warranty service:

  1. The defective product

  2. Proof of purchase, clearly showing the authorized dealer’s name and address, purchase date, and product type

  3. Reason for return
